Brooke Burke-Charvet dives into health, fitness, relationships, food, beauty, aging, spiritual wellness, parenting and maybe even a little sex. Or maybe a lot. Just like life itself, there’s no predicting, because it’s all on the table in a freewheeling, light-hearted, transparent discussion about the things that matter most.

Legendary rock and roll manager, culinary business visionary, movie producer, bon vivant, raconteur and “Supermensch” Shep Gordon joins Brooke this week to talk sex and drugs and rock and roll and food and spirituality and so much more.

Shep’s life story is the subject of the Mike Myers documentary “Supermensch” and Shep’s own memoir “They Call Me Supermensch,” both of which follow this former drug dealer’s path into the heart of 1960s Hollywood – putting him in contact with every rock icon imaginable. From there, Shep’s journey let to producing hit films, winning awards and eventually creating the entire industry of the “celebrity chef.” Along the way, he’s cooked for the Dali Lama, fired Alice Cooper from a cannon and survived a near-death experience.
